Shipping policy
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
As a one-person operation, I typically ship orders within a few days (approximately 3 days). However, during periods of high demand, I allow myself a maximum window of two weeks to ensure each order is carefully prepared. Please note that I prioritize quality over quantity, and your order will ship within this two-week period.
What about pre-orders, limited edition items, or auction purchases?
Processing times for pre-orders, limited edition items, and auction purchases may vary. Please check the product description for specific shipping start dates.
Can delays happen?
While I strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or delivery service interruptions beyond my control. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kadi Video is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your order's tracking information shows no movement within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Cancelations, Refunds, and Returns
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order, except on final sale, auctions, or any item indicated as excluded. After this grace period, all items are added to processing.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo or video of the item's condition. All issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and replacements will be sent when available or applicable.
At this time, due to the nature of the product and business, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with the order outside of damages, please contact us with the order number.
